Jesús Juan Ruiz es catedrático de Estadística en la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid donde es profesor desde 1986. Es director del curso de Metodología de Investigación Cuantitativa que organiza el Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC).
